You are buying from the distributor.
The instruments are ours. We buy them in, we check them over, we prepare them, and we sell them off our own floor at IMM. There is no agent between you and the piano, and no commission sitting on top of the price.
It also means we can answer for the instrument. Where it came from, what has been done to it, what still needs doing. Ask us anything about a specific piano and you get an answer from the people who prepared it.

Sizes are the manufacturer figures. What is actually in the viewing gallery changes as instruments come and go, so ask before you travel.

Most pianos in Singapore homes are uprights, and most of the difference between one and the next is height. A few centimetres change how much bass there is and how long a note carries.

If we do not have it, we will say so.
A pre-owned floor is not a catalogue. One instrument arrives, two leave, and a list published last month sends somebody across the island for a piano that sold a fortnight ago.
So we do not pretend to stock everything. Ask for a model by name and you will get one of three answers: it is here, it is not here but something similar is, or we do not carry it at all. The last one is a real answer and we give it.

The room, the player, the budget and the timing. With those we can tell you what is worth coming down for, and say so plainly when nothing on the floor fits.
- A model, if you have one in mind, because that is the fastest way to a yes or a no
- Who plays it, a beginner, a student working through grades, or a teacher
- Where it goes, including the stairs or the lift it has to get through
- When you need it, because delivery and the settling tuning want a week or so between them
