Julie provides good advice and after sales service for my clients and I. Music Companion has good quality pre-owned pianos and some pianos are rather new, between 1 year to 5 years, and the condition is as good as new.
I have searched around for pre-owned pianos in Singapore and so far, I trust Julie for her recommendations. I highly recommend Music Companion as they are professional and has over 24 years of experience in the industry.
Dropped by Music Companion twice. First time was just walk-in and met Julie, who introduced me a range of pianos from Yamaha to Kawai. Although we had not decided on anything as we wanted to also visit other piano galleries, Julie was still kind to share her knowledge on buying a second hand piano, from sound to action.
After that I did my own research and went to see at other places, finally decided a model and contacted her, just nice she said there were new stocks. Went for the second time to see and found a piano that suits my requirement and budget based on her recommendation. Delivery was prompt, the piano was very well-maintained and still in a very good condition. Our family is simply pleased with this new piece of addition to our home.
I had been looking for a 2nd hand piano for a little while, tried Carousell and other shops and roadshows. However, I could not bring myself to settle for one as I was unable to find one which suits my expectations. They were either too expensive or in a terrible condition. The only time I felt so assured that I was buying a piano that has been well taken care of and has been reasonably priced was when I met Julie from Music Companion.
She is very experienced in the line of piano purchase and resale with lots of knowledge about the instrument and the technical part of it. She was also a piano teacher previously. She was passionate in helping you to get a piano which suits your expectations, budget and needs but not pushy. She gave me a very good deal with delivery and tuning, and after sales commitments. The piano was delivered in good condition yesterday, a 30 year old piano which looks and feels as good as new to me.
The store is located in the warehouse section of IMM. Nearest travelator is the one above HDL. Julie is really nice to work with and extremely knowledgeable in her work and craft. Definitely inspires confidence with the purchase.

What a review cannot tell you is how an instrument plays. That part is worth half an hour at IMM.

More than twenty music schools and teaching studios buy their pianos from us too. Up to fifty schools in all.
A school does not buy one piano. It buys a batch for practice rooms on different floors, and each instrument is labelled for its room on our floor before the truck is loaded.
